How you’ll make an impact Leading a team of Partner Success Managers guiding, coaching and mentoring and ensuring we deliver outstanding Partner experiences, success and results. You will be responsible for the successful growth, support, coaching and development of the team. You’ll develop plans with each team member to help deliver against key metrics including upgrade revenue and gross retention. What you’ll do Team Leadership : Monitor and coach team members, feeding back to the team to support their continuing development and ensure all are adopting best practice to support repeatable activities.
